Psychotherapy:
We explore your issues and emotional responses that block your healthy functioning, and develop that personal structure designed to propel you through and past troubling issues. Our primary approaches are cognitive-behavioral, strategic, and psycho-spiritual, if desired. We utilize approaches from Positive Psychology, and also have other theraputic tools and resources such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Hypnotherapy to work major issues such as changing behavior, improving self esteem, dealing with trauma, getting effective substance abuse/addiction treatment and recovery, facing co-dependency problems, dealing with mood swings, anxiety and depression, gaining awareness of learned helplessness, and relationship building.
